Fully equipped with the latest cardio and strength equipment and offering a variety of fitness classes, it’s the perfect environment for inspiring you stick to your fitness regime. Log your miles on the treadmill or do a set of bicep curls while enjoying views of lush tropical foliage. At Grand Coloane Resort, our excellent Fitness Studio is situated on the ground level, with windows overlooking the resort’s beautiful landscaped gardens.

If it’s cardio you crave, we offer everything from treadmills and stair-climbers to rowing machines, all from the top brands: Precor, Paramount, and Concept2. Strength machines and a full selection of free weights ensure your muscles get the attention they need. And our experienced instructors offer classes ranging from vigorous aerobics sessions to stimulating yoga and pilates. The gym is open free of charge to all resort guests aged 16 years and above. Locker rooms and a sauna and steam room are also available.
