Terms and conditions

• Above price is in MOP and subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tourism tax
• Room capacity is up to 2 adults and 2 kids. Free tickets only for up to 2 persons regardless of the number of guests booked
• No refunds for any unused portion of the package
• All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card. No shows or cancellations made later than 6pm local time 1 day prior to arrival will be subject to one night's room charge plus applicable taxes
• Rates are subject to change and may vary on certain days of the week

Terms and Conditions (Macau Tower Observation Deck)

• Free tickets only for up to 2 persons regardless of the number of guests booked. Supplement applies for extra tickets (MOP135 for adult and MOP85 for child aged between 3-11) and must be booked with the hotel in advance
• Hotel will provide guests with QR code which needs to be presented when entering into Macau Tower
• Admission tickets are valid only for one day and scheduled the day following the check-in date
• Unused ticket will be forfeited and cannot be changed to another date o The opening hours of Macau Tower are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (weekdays) and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm (weekends and public holidays)
